What is the bug? When crafting an unnamed item that is crafted with 1 glass bottle and 2 ender pearls then placed in the world it corrupts/crashes server.

Looks like this may be a known bug, multiplayer only: https://github.com/rwtema/extrautilities/issues/1307 - that item is the klein flask, and was only fairly recently made placeable.
