Server Crashes upon start - Direwolf 1.6.4 l V1.0.9

Operating System and bit type: Windows 8 64 bit.
Java version/update and bit type: Java 7, 64 bit.
Launcher version: It's the server that crashes, but the launcher is the most recent one.

Description of the Issue: Server crashes upon starting, it used to run just fine until I restarted it, it's port forwarded and home hosted. I have no idea how fix this problem.
What I've already tried:
Dedocating more RAM & Redownloading server files
Please note that I've installed Enchanting Plus for 1.6.4 too, but that probably isn't the cause since it has been installed for a while now.

DON'T BUMP. It is against forum rules. It also makes you look extremely impatient. Now. Redownload the server files didn't work? Did you delete ALL mods, libraries and configs? And then copy the new ones across? Otherwise, did you try deleting any world files?
 
Sorry for bumping, I'm not used to the forum rules here. Yes, I've deleted all mods, libraries and configs and copied the new ones across, I didn't delete any world files however since I didn't want to start over again.
