What is the bug? Server crashes / corrupts chunks when building a Void ore miner tier 1 with an assembler!

Mod & Version Pack version 3.0.4

Is it repeatable? Place down a Void Ore Miner Controller Tier 1 and use the Assembler to build it survival. When it finishes it crashes the server & corrupts the chunk.
Tested it and it only works on a server.
