Problem Server Crashes Alot Don't know why (help needed)

So Recently my FTB server with the direwolf20 pack has been crashing. it happens every 20-30 mins and forces me to restart the server. usually it never actually stops the server just lags and then kicks everyone out.

  • What OS are you running? Windows 8.1
  • Are you using minecraft hosting provider or a dedicated/local server not designed for minecraft? Local
  • What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version) Direwolf20 1.0.23
  • Did you add any mods to the server pack? NO
  • What are your server specs?
  • MOBO: ASRock Z77 Extreme3
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 3350P @ 3.10GHz (Ivy Bridge)
    GPU: EVGA GTX 760 SuperClock edition & GTS 8800
    RAM: 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaw Z series (like to host servers time from time so, yes this is needed)
  • A good detailed paragraph about the problem (at top)

Your log shows a ton of Disk I/O errors, I would fix that first before attempting to troubleshoot rest.
