Server crashed. Don't know how to fix it, don't have a backup

I was simply improving my logistics pipes sorting system on my Direwolf20 server. When out of nowhere my server crashed and will not start up properly anymore. here is the crash report attached

I've had quite a few of these on my servers, from what I've gathered pretty much any interaction between Logistics Pipes and Thermal Expansion will cause a server crash, the way to resolve it is to remove the block listed in your crash-report which is here (36,55,193)

I usually use world edit from around 250-300 blocks away to destroy the block, but you could use MCedit or a similar tool if you know how.

If you are going to use mcedit make a backup of the map first. Because mcedit is not designed for mods things can get messy.

how can you get world edit (a bukkit plugin) on an FTB server which runs forge.
