Your missing a mod, Check through your mod list to see if you have all the mods that are required by other mods.

if this is a server remove JourneyMap and replace with the one for the server or just leave out

JourneyMap and WAILA (and it's plugins) are not supposed to be on the server.
Remove them, and tell us if you have any other issues

If they are not suppose to be on the server then why does FTB have them added into the server files?

They shouldn't do.

Well it makes sense as to why it shouldnt be in there, being they are client side mods.
