Here are some recommandations:
1. Update Java to latest version (you have Java 7 Update 17. Get Java 7 Update 25)
2. It's not recommended to allocate more than 5GB RAM to FTB/Minecraft.
3. Why do you have -Xmx8024M written 2 times? It should be written only once.
4. Have you installed any other mods than the original ones? It seems one of them wasn't well coded by its creator.
 
Well, I've made a server with my mods that I'd like to have, so I'm not really using FTB :/ After giving it 5G of ram instead of 8GB, updating Java, it still says the same error :[
 
Well, it would be hard to provide you support, unless you at least give us your mods list. Most probably it is an item ID problem. You can't just add/remove mods from FTB and expect it to work. Some mods aren't compatible with others. From the log, the most probable cause is some mod not working nicely with the server. Possibly a mod you've added isn't compatible with multiplayer.
 
FYI, I didn't took a FTB pack, I made it myself. Nevermind, I found the problem, thanks for your help anyway!
