Problem Server Crash

• What OS are you running? - Windows 7
• Are you using minecraft hosting provider or a dedicated/local server not designed for minecraft? - Hosting Provider (HostHorde)
• What version of FTB are you using? (Dont just say latest tell us the version) Mindcrack (V8.2.0)
• Did you add any mods to the server pack? No
• What are your server specs? - Hosthorde Unlimited Plan, not sure on specs.

The issue we're having is the server will crash at random. I'll reboot it, and It will crash again. I've uploaded a copy of the latest crash file. The server is using MCPC+ to run bukkit plugins. Plugins we have installed:
