server crash while charging the world

hi everyone, i need help! I was playing normally and i had a crash... when i tried to reload the world, i couldn't...
I've got this message and a crash report... can someone help me please? I really want to play again on this world i spend a lot of time on it...
can womeone telle me what i can do? i am bad at fixing bugs :S
