Title Server crash when starting it since Pc freeze

Details of the issue Just to say it English isn't my native language.
At first my PC have problems with freezing since about a month,
today I was playing on my server (hosted on my PC) and it froze again...
After restarting my PC I tried to start the server with the
ServerStart.bat but it did crash.
I tried it again and it was the same result, so i used the FTBserver.jar
that usually fixes the problem but not today.
I also uploaded the error report to Pastebin: https://pastebin.com/yg74SBHG
I also tried to load the world in singeplayer but the game crashed and told me
sth about tick loop Idk what that means
I'm using:
Win 10
Java 8 (Build 1.8.0_101-b13) (64bit)
