Title Server Crash when 2+ people log on

Details of the issue Let me start out by saying that I have heavily modified this pack and know I properly brought this problem on myself. Regardless, I would appreciate any help in the matter.
My server crashes when 2+ people joins. This has not been a problem until a few days ago. The server was completely stable for 3 weeks. I am not aware of any big changes at any of the bases. The Server is a dedicated minecraft server from Fragnet and has 6GB Ram.
