Delete this file in the world/region folder. r.3.0.mca
Thats abit extreme, that will delete the entire region.

You can use NBTExplorer (google it).
Use Dinnerbones coordinates tool here: http://dinnerbone.com/minecraft/tools/coordinates/
You can find the region file and the chunk by putting in the coordinates: Entity's Block location: World: (1564,64,466)
Download the region file to your computer
Open the region file with NBTExplorer, it will list a bunch of folders, expand each one until you find the correct chunk folder.
Expand Tile entities folder in that chunk folder and expand each entry until you find the block coordinates listed in your crash report.
Select that folder its in, and press the red X on the top task bar to delete it.
Save the file and close NBTExplorer
Upload the fixed region file to the server and start it up.

It should now be fixed and only have removed that 1 block, not the entire region.

I know, but for people that don't know how to navigate through NBTExplorer won't have a clue what to look for.
