Problem Server crash report

I have figured out how to temporarily fix it but it happens again later on. I know that it has something to do with animal spawners and mobs but not sure how to permanently fix it. I would love some help ASAP since we are a growing community.[DOUBLEPOST=1374504511][/DOUBLEPOST]its feed the beast ultimate btw

Try setting server to peaceful.

thats the temporary fix but it still does it after that

We've got a problem with tickdrop on our server. The tickrate go from 20 to 3 and back a couple of times a minute and we had 3 big crashes in the last month. I whould be happy if someone with more knowledge could take a look.
