Server Connection problems

I used to go onto one of the ftb servers but once I was carrying an iron golem with a portal gun then i lagged out and I havent been able to get onto the server since it just says end of stream and i know the servers up because theyre banner is one of those minestatus one that tells you if the servers on. My java is the latest version. Please help

I dont know much about stuff like this, but from my experience when this have happened on my server, the only solution i've used is to delete the players data from the server, and that have allways fixed it.
So contacting the server admin could be a good idea.
