I'm hosting a FTB server through prominecraft host for some friends and myself who are in a college which uses software called safe connect to monitor internet usage and such. Mac users can connect to the server and play without any issues. However, windows users log in and can play but after a seemingly random interval of time they are kicked off with the error message, java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
This only happens while on campus using the wifi internet here. Firewalls have been checked and everything so were are at a stand still. It's just strange that mac users have no issues while windows users do. I even tried using my windows partition via bootcamp on mac to connect and I also was kicked after about 5 minutes with the same error above.
