Server connection error railcraft mismatch

OK, so ive set up my own server and i have everything how it should be except i get a mismatch error every time i attempt to connect. i tried to update forge and it for some reason didn't detect i even had it installed so that failed. I need to know if there is any way to fix this without disabling rail craft.

notes: im running the server through hamachi so im not portforwarding
the server and client are DW20

The error indicates that there is a difference between the client and server idfiles. (config files)
