so im playing in my own private server, and for past couple days after few mins of playing, it closes suddenly, heres latest crash report

Allocate more PermGen Space.

Eyamaz has a very helpful thread on client/server optimisation here. You'll find java arguments for PermGen there along with other things.

It also seems to be having errors related to Tinkers Construct. Try reinstalling that along with allocating more PermGenSpace.
