[Server/Client] People can't connect to my server

Launcher Type Server

Modpack Direwolf20 1.12

Modpack version 1.7.1

Have you modified the pack? No

Details of the issue While i can connect to my server, my friends almost every time they get kicked after the mod loading completes and they can see the terrain. Sometimes there's a Badge API error and sometimes they just get timed out. I've tested everything with my Connection, made sure to restart the router & the server various times. Any idea?

Is the server hosted on a pc in your home?

If yes, try portforward the ports used to run the server (most of the times 25565)
