Summary of the problem server chung generation lag

Pack Version 1.1.0

What is the bug? server ets horible tps lag when loading chunk.
when i teleport to a new area the server gets a tps of 4. not even standing in that area for 30 minutes fixes that problem.

thats why pregeneration is key for small and dedicated servers
beacuse running a modded pack is already a strain on the cpu add world generation to it and it becomes unplayble

The Problem about this is its not a Small dedicated server thats the thing it has 20GB Ram and its on a Biom error what is causing this TPS drop

more ram isnt always better with that said to much ram will slow down your server as well

Well the thing is its not about the Ram server is running fine now if we avoide this Biome but if someone loads that biome server tps goes down to 3-5 and thats Crazy

When u only get cloase to it the server gets a TPS of 4 its so crazy
