Solved Server Can Never Be Started

Hey,
I've downloaded the FTB Unleashed server pack a few days ago and I have some trouble starting it up.The console will load all the mods flawlessly until it stops somewhere randomly. I've waited an entire day and it wouldn't budge.

OS: Mac OSX (Memory error has been fixed)
Java is up to date

I've attached my log to this thread.



Any solutions will be greatly appreciated!

Please use pastebin.com to post logs. It is much safer for us than downloading a file especially a zip.
