Server breaks after I set up auto beef wellington farm

Details of the issue:
After making my auto beef wellington farm, the server timed out after a few minutes and my command prompt started spamming the same things over and over. I rolled the server back a few hours, redid my work, and the same error occured again. I use three cyclic assemblers and the steves workshop crafting. Any help is appreciated please!​
