As far as I can tell both my FTB server and FTB launcher are the same versions, but when I click on Minecraft Realms it says my client is outdated, and when I try to connect to my server, it says my mods are incompatible.
Server and launcher same version, getting errors.

I'm not using that, I just clicked on it to see what it was and it said my client was outdated.
I updated the server via the FTB launcher and re-installed the entire server and now it's working. Thanks.
