Windows .exe Serious problem with crashing, cant log in

So the deal is I went in a underground railway system, just ran along it to a place.
Suddenly my game froze, and I just thought "shit happens" and restarted.
I got back in, and one second later I crashed again. This is the full error log:

What causes this?
I just see something with tesseracts... But I dont understand what is wrong

To start, I first noticed these:
Added URL to classpath: file:/C:/Users/Nicklas/Desktop/FTB/Unleashed/instMods/OptiFine_1.5.2_HD_U_D5%20(1).zip
Added URL to classpath: file:/C:/Users/Nicklas/Desktop/FTB/Unleashed/instMods/Revolt%201.0.zip
Which do not come standard with any pack, let alone Unleashed.
Reproduce the issue without the added mods.

Super weird...

It works when I disable Optifine for that part only, its just like the chunk or something makes the shit crash...
Alright, Ill stay away from that chunk
