Is there something i'm doing wrong with the treetap here? Does it need a redstone current, power like the other two machines or Is it just something obvious i'm missing? http://puu.sh/2o86q < --- The picture of what im talking about

When I made mine, the tree tap was on the same level as the other machines and received power. No redstone current.

Putting an electrical engine onto it seemed to fix the problem, Didn't think it would be needed Thanks!
