Scroll-wheel move item does not work

Title Scroll-wheel move item does not work

Details of the issue As in the title, when I scroll my mouse wheel only one item moves, then it gets stuck, reversing every item I try to move to chest or to my inventory.

Another issue I have is with the mod that shows "Wilderness" in top-right corner of the screen. Specifically, when that popup is visible the map sometimes turns to gray-scale. Not the whole map but parts of it. Should I create a separate bug report for this?

Earlier(1.8.9) release of unstable included two different mods for scrollwheel handling. Maybe that the case now.

That seems like it could be the case here, do you know what these two different mods are called?

@EDIT:
Found them, one is called Item Scroller, the other is Mouse Tweaks. Disabling mouse-wheel scrolling in either of these fixes the issue.

The other issue with grey-scale map still stands.
