SC2: How to open the Advanced detector Rail GUI?

I was messing around in a Creative world testing some track layouts, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to open the Advanced Detector Rail From Steves Carts.

From this video it looks like it should have a GUI:

Well, for a start that is an incredibly old video going right back to Minecraft Beta, so it will be very out date.

Now, ADR are used in conjunction with the cargo manager to manage the inventories of the carts.

That's a shame. It looked like it would have dome exactly what I'm looking for. I found two wikis for Steve's carts and both look pretty unfinished, so information about this mod seems pretty scarce or non-existent.

This is the official wiki that vswe and I are working on and all from SC2 A34 is added except the notesequenser.
