Saves folder problem with all packs

Any time I modify a world folder in saves in any pack that world doesn't show up anymore in game. This problem has happened with all packs i have played recently.

The first time it happened i was playing and then FTB just closed and my world didn't show up anymore, and then i made a new world, deleted the stuff in it and then put the folders from my other world in it and then that didn't show up.

This is the first time i had the problem maybe it will clarify

Whats the bug? Im not sure, ill be doing something in game and then FTB will just close. And my world doesnt show up in game when i alter it in the saves folder.
Can it be repeated? Yes (but i dont know how its happening)

But like i said i was playing then all the sudden ftb closed and i went back into game and my world wasn't there (also happens when i modify a world in the saves folder
