Save File Emptied?

Details of the issue I entered my world just fine today, and left the computer to use the restroom, when I came back the game had supposedly crashed to desktop. (The world had been loaded for 15 minutes straight, without me placing any new blocks or anything (just waiting for quarry). When I got back and re-loaded FTB my world was not showing up, so when I checked my saves folder, my save is there however it is completely empty besides 2 folders (AE2 & EnderIO) + portalgun.dat.

I have spent hundreds of hours in this save and I need help figuring this out.

Problem with logisticspipes mod.
1. try delete D:\Games\FTB\FTBInfinity\minecraft\saves\Expert Mode\logisticspipes\, and then start game.
2. del mod, del folder D:\Games\FTB\FTBInfinity\minecraft\saves\Expert Mode\logisticspipes\, start game, save game, return mod, start game
