Summary of the problem Rythmic(every 2 sec) render spike from lava produciton

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? Lava generation, either caused by Ender IO conduits(top tier, so shouldn't be light updates?) or crucibles cause a rhythmic render spike that makes the game freeze every 2 seconds. For now placing it away from base.

Known Fix Place crucibles outside chunks you work in.

-Problem noticed in windowed mode, and over several game sessions. Sampler started in windowed mode after testing a few things and narrowing it down to chunk with lava production.
-Entered full-screen to test(while sampler was running), issue persisted
-Entered windowed mode again after sampler was stopped, issue goes away. Now unable to replicate.

The issue is there, just much more acceptable levels(also after restart of SSP). This is something that is getting notably worse as time passes(30-60 minutes).
