Running The Launcher off of a USB?

Is it possible?and if so, how? the one computer I own that doesn't get wiped to a default when i turn it off can;t handle MC with all those mods, and the computer that CAN handle it, has deepfreeze installed on it. Which can be just a little bit annoying.

....So... Any help or ideas on how I can do this?

you can all u have to do is download it on the usb and play it off there that's how u play is off one
