I have Minecraft running off a USB drive, will FTB install the moods to my USB drive Minecraft? (sorry I don't know how to phrase the question any better)
Running the launcher will run FTB from your flash drive. It will store your saves, server IPs, etc on the drive. It will not mess with any previous installs of Minecraft.
