I've got a pair of rubber boots that are indestructible. That sounds awesome but I thought I should point it out. the damage value keeps on going down. I deleted a pair and crafted (not spawned) a new pair and it is still doing it. It's also popping errors into the server log every time I jump, not even just when I take fall damage. Any ideas what is up?

Ok this has become a far more serious issue / exploit. I seem to be immune from ALL damage when wearing the rubber boots. I noticed this when I started taking hunger damage and saw my hearts weren't going down.

Can anyone attempt to reproduce this on their own game?

My install is as the launcher made it with the exception of copying the GregTech config from the client to the server folder.

So that's why I suddently stopped taking damage! I was running around in twilight forest and nothing could harm me. I thought TTF was bugged.

Yeah, if i remember correctly is invulnerability a side effect of negative durability.
Saw a thread back in the minecraft beta or alpha days where people used editors to get armor that apparently had messed up damage values.
After putting it on they wouldn't be able to take any damage at all, even after removing the armor. They had to kill themselves using editors to be able to take damage again.
But then again, IC2 have always been abount how to become invincible, so everything is working as intended :p

Recreated it successfully so it's a part of FTB it seems.
Furthermore, the boots only went into negative durability if i had other armor on.
So if you only have rubber boots on you'll become invulnerable until the durability of the boots hit zero.
But if you have armor on it will sometimes end up not beeing destroyed.
Also it seems to happen more often if you got lots of armor then if you got little, i were only able to reach negative durability with full iron or better, meaning 7 armor or higher.
