This is my charcoal production facility:

Primary power comes from the Furnace Heaters behind the Furnaces.
1. Router inserting logs into top sides
2. Router inserting saplings into bottom sides, as reserve power for when the batteries run down
3. Router extracting Charcoal (using Item Filter) from east sides (yellow) and ejecting to bottom
4. Item Tesseract sending on frequency 1 label "Charcoal"
The problem is, the Item Tesseract keeps sending saplings. Any idea why this might be happening?

Ah, I think I've worked it out, I think 2 is inserting saplings into the Item Tesseract. Needs a Machine Filter... so I need to make an Inverium Drop thingy... I'll post back when that's cooked up if it fixed it. Damn Routers can be a pain!

p.s. Guess what that is at the upper right side of the picture?

*UPDATE* Yes, Machine Filter fixed it.

didnt you try to place tesseract to to router green side, so it wont be connected with furnaces?

P.S. some RP frame nonsense?

It'll still be connected, though, won't it? Or do Routers not count as inventories for that purpose? I guess it would make sense for Routers to ignore other Routers entirely.

And yes, frame nonsense. It's a tree eater, plants and harvests spruce trees.
Here it is eating a tree:
