So I have a router configuration to sort out almost all my stuff but I can't seem to get those quartz crystals into the barrels. They have many diferent "ID's" like quartz cristal 221, quartz cristal 221:1.. That way I need tons of barrels.. any way I can push them out of the system? Tried diamond to void pipe at my quarry but nothing happened, tried filter at home pushing out of the chest etc.. Cant make it work.

Err, there's a few overflow chest solutions floating around. There's a way to unify the quarts crystals as well, can't for the life of me remember what it was though.
Another solution would be pre-sorting your stuff, so that only stuff you want kept goes into the router.

Before your pipe gets to the router to be sorted, use a filter with each of the 6 crystal types, and dump those into a chest/void pipe. I think the IDs are associated with the face they were attached to when they are mined.
Once you got one of each of the crystal meta:ids you can also just set up the diamond pipe with each of them going into a void pipe.

IIRC I had the same problem trying to presort them, and just ended up using six barrels.
You can unify them by shift-clicking the ones you don't want onto the ones you do want. In other words, put a few of the "221" crystals in one inventory, and some "221:2" crystals in a different inventory, then shift-click the 221:2's onto the 221s. Not a good solution for a quarry though.
