Rouge config in the universal configs

There seems to be a config file for the mod carpenters blocks present in the universal configs. The reason why I'm bringing this up is this config conflicts with the other mods found in FTB.

I leave it up to you guys to figure out what needs done.

Edit:
We have an updated config for it that works fine with the direwolf20 pack if you want.
