Did you do it using the FTB launcher? If not then it's probably a config problem. Use the versions from Horizons and plug those into DW20, and see if that solves it. If not, then there's a dependency you're not finding.
Try removeing MFFS. Really, try it, see if it loads.
If it does and you want MFFS then you need to download and instal Universal electricity core.
Sounds insane but try it. Remove MFFS and see what happens.
It's the only way I found of getting them all to work together so far. I found this answer from a reddit post If I recall.
