RotaryCraft - Monster 1.09 Chat issue

I'm getting my chat spammed with this once in a while, does anyone know what it means please?

Could you also post a log to pastebin and link it here. Try breaking the block at the location at the top of the screen.

Edit: Look at the link below from the minecraft forums for information. The mod author says it is because of a minecraft error and should fix itself after a block update.
