RotaryCraft - Crafting wrong things?

For some reason I cannot craft the correct things on the Rotarycraft workbench. (Third screenshot) 3 steel ignots in a row are producing steel wiring (Electricraft) and not base panels. (First screenshot) Placing 5 ignots in a + sign also is not making gears. Both of these mods came with FTB Monster - are they conflicting or is something else wrong? Second screenshot shows verifies I'm using the Rotarycraft worktable, seen in NEI and on the left of my inventory.

Anyone know whats up?

You create base panels in a regular crafting table, as well as the HSLA Steel Gears
If something needs to be crafted with the worktable, it will say so in NEI. Gotta pay attention!

Your's just happens to be a huge block in progression!

It is one of the idiosyncrasies with Rotarycraft, it catches me up too.
