My setup is a flywheel connected to a ac engine with a project red sequencer timed at 1.1s. This gives the longest delayed time to produce a constant speed and torque from the engine, but the micro teslas don't lose any charge. When I set the sequencer to 0.2s the micro teslas lose charge about once per minute, is this is the proper rate?

Which version of which pack are you using? Or more precisely which version of RoC is it? There has been a fix which makes AC engines lose their "charge" properly.

The "recommended" version of monster pack which was 15b of rotarycraft. I'll try monster pack 1.0.11 with 17b of rotarycraft and see if that helps.
