Summary of the problem RFTools dimensions dont load on server restart

What is the bug? When the server is restarted, RFTools dimensions do not load, even if an chunkloader is placed in the dimension. A player must visit the dimension at least once before the chunk loader takes effect. Additionally, FTB Utilities does not allow claiming or chunkloading in RFTools dimensions

I haven't noticed the RFTools Dim not loading on server start but then again I don't often restart my server. I have noticed however that I can't chunk load with FTB Utils. I had to go do the RFTools Chunkloading ward instead.

You mean the extra utilities ward? Yeah I had to do the same thing. I reported that bug to FTBU directly. But yeah, even with the ward up I still have to visit that dimension at least once before it loads.
