Summary of the problem RF Tools Builder does not create Flux

Pack Version 2.7.0

What is the bug? RFTools Builders do not create Flux Networks flux when mining redstone ore. I have thoroughly tested this issue and mined enough redstone to fill a max upgraded drawer multiple times, but I have not received any flux.

Mod & Version Flux Networks -- Version 1.12.2-3.0.19-21
RFTools -- Version 1.12-7.59

I've also tried setting something up with a Mechanical User, but that doesn't drop Flux either, neither does a destructor from Refined Storage. Seems this can't be automated atm.
