I doubt it accepts shaft power, but one rotary dynamo produces something like 11k rf/tick when maxed out, so it shouldn't take too much extra space.

I've never touched a rotational dynamo, and I know I powered an ME system with RotaryCraft. Plus, the power display does say "RotaryCraft Watts".
