Revelations 1.5.0 block error?

Details of the issue Okay, everything loads in properly, but all the blocks have a zero/O/circle on them. And i dont know how to remove these?

But my account is new so i might not be shown

That is the light level overlay. I'm not sure which mod adds it, but you can toggle it on or off with F4.
