Revelation keeps crashing EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Lower ram allocation, 4-6gb is enough.

16gb is way too much and can/will cause issues for you.

If you still have issues, post a new log - but please use a paste service - https://paste.feed-the-beast.com works fine, and then share the link here.

I just tried out the server installer and the 1st time I ran it 3 of the mods ended up being 0bytes in size, second time I used it - no issues.

Can you check the mods folder and see if there's any of the mods that are 0bytes?

None of them are but I have added a few extra mods. Even when I added the extra mods it never did this, I had stopped playing for a bit (few months) and came back and it keeps giving these java errors.

What launcher are you using and what version of the pack?

Try re-installing without the extra mods added and see if it works - remember to take backups if you have worlds that you want to save.

See I have done that and after adding the mods back it seems to work for an hour or so.

edit: I have also played with the extra mods for a few months before I took a few months break and never had these problems. It leads me to think its where java updated.

Java is using the bundled 8.51-version

Is this a fresh world?

And can you please share full logs, not just parts
I dont really know how to? Ive tried to copy but it only pastes so much of it? What do you mean about the bundled version stuff? I have 1.8?
It was a saved world also.
Thank you for the help so far btw! :)

Was this with or without added mods?

And what happened when you tried an launch a fresh world?
