Revelation 2.0.0 Server update problem

Details of the issue After i updated my server with the new files i tried launching, but all items from Nuclearcraft and Advanced Rocketry are gone. Both in my storage cells, in the world and JEI menu. The console reported that the "item type could not be found". any help would be appreciated.
