I run TPPI on Mac and I get some problem using 3rd part resource packs like Soartex and Sphax. Some textures disappear after world loading, like this. Anybody helps?

1. Are you running Optifine? Optifine causes loads of issues.
2. Are you using the latest video card drivers? Its rare, but obscure issues can sometimes be caused by outdated drivers.
3. Try F3+T at the same time while in your world. It reloads the currently used resource pack which can fix some obscure issues.
