Ok, you can't 'run as admin' a .jar(I don't believe, away from my home computer at the moment)
Go get the .exe version from http://feed-the-beast.com/ and try with that one. THAT one should let you 'run as admin'.

Omfg !!! It's working !! I just reinstalled Java 7 because I had Java 8, I had tried Java 8 to repair the error, but now, I can launch with "Run with Administrator" or something like this, plus Java 7, it's Working !! :3 I am soo happy
