At first, sorry for the incoherence, I'm French, so it is not easy to speak in english, but I prefer not use google translate. My problem is with the new 1.7 Modpacks, I can't launch them. I try to launch them, but for example, the FTB Lite 3 or the Direwolf20 [1.7.10]. I really need much help, on the french forums, there is not anything answers, so I try in the english forums ...
Here is the Console: http://pastebin.com/DJ1c3FMF

And here is the FTBLog: http://pastebin.com/DrH4GqPm

I don't know if you need them but ... yolo ! x)

From your FTBlog: [19:11:39] [ERROR] LauncherConsole$OutputOverride.write:89: From Console: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:\Windows\system32\java.exe": CreateProcess error=740, L?opération demandée nécessite une élévatio

This basically means Java doesn't have the right permissions to run properly. You'll need to either run the FTB launcher as an administrator by right clicking it and selecting that option or adjusting some settings on your computer.

i would assume he has very little user rights if he cant start as administrator... Are you not playing on your own Pc?
If it's your own Pc try to change your user type to administrator not to standart user (in the user control settings)

Hmm, well w/out being able to see your install directly.
It sounds like UAC is blocking the launch of Java.

You could *TEST* by turning UAC off temporarily. If it works w/ UAC off, then you need to find a way to run the launcher as an admin, perhaps by starting a cmd prompt as admin and running it from there. I don't recommend leaving UAC off, but that's your choice.

Sorry, I thought have Windows 7 Pro, but it's the Ultimate version, and I am honest (^^), I have a cracked Windows ... I succeed to active The Super Admin, but I had the same error, I don't think the error comes from the October on 10, at 7:00 P.M. But I already restart the launcher since the 10 ...

I agree with you ^^ So, it's strange you have the "Admin button" when you right-click on the launcher ... Do you have an other idea for my problem ?
