THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED:
In a last-ditch effort, I've uninstalled FTB, Minecraft and Java (and deleted all associated files). After reinstalling all the necessary files, it appears that the graphics bug is no more (I've let FTB run for ~8 hours with no issue)

My only conclusion was that there was some fatal corruption within my files, outside of just the Monster Modpack data.

Thank you to all the Forum folks that helped me.

ORIGINAL POST:

I have a huge graphics related bug that appears inconsistently when I'm playing FTB Monster 1.1.1

(those who can't see the images: All blocks lose their texture and turn a plain blue or green colour. Entities disappear completely, including all liquids. Particles lose their texture and become white squares. In the inventory, items disappear and blocks lose their texture and turn blue / green).

This bug appears at random times (sometimes I'll play for hours without seeing it, and others I'll get it within five minutes of playing).

It seems to appear be when I'm interacting with tile entities or attacking mobs, etc.

I've updated my java and redownloaded Monster to no avail.

The bug is not related to my texturepack (which is default)

edit1:
My Video Card drivers are up to date, and working. The problem is still there.

Go into the settings and take java of the list or just unplug it. Minecraft will still run just off your CPU, albeit a bit more slowly.

Also are you using a texture pack?

Looks like a memory error. Try allocating more RAM or updating graphics drivers.
Also if you have optifine DO NOT USE OPTIFINE
Also

Improperly used meme is improperly used
Do you really have to quote every little mistake someone makes, even though that was NOT a mistake.
Then what's with all the likes to people who correct me.
Have you turned into "me 2 months ago"?
No offence. :)

I don't use Optifine, I've never used it with FTB, it always ends with tears.

I've allocated 4GBs of RAM to FTB, via the launcher, so I doubt that would be the problem.

I'll update my drivers, and see where that gets me.
