Summary of the problem Required component list for Tier 2 Void Ore Miner incomplete

What is the bug? When you left click the Void Ore Miner Controller Tier 2 with the Assembler a component list is displayed. The Required component list for Tier 2 Void Ore Miner is incomplete. The 4 Null Modifiers required for proper assembly are not listed.

Tried it on a Single player world and on a server - and it looks fine to me, even shows what's needed for next tier:

I'm playing in Lost Cities world type, not sure if that makes a difference.
Also, your event panel seems to have more rows than mine. Can I select more rows somehow? I'm guessing that's all it is.

just press the key to bring up console command line and it all pops up.
